We did honor the coupon, despite the fact that you did not physically have it with you, nor make the appointment during the special times that our promotion was running. Unfortunately, there are oil disposal fees associated with the oil change, and we do not resell the oil. Once again, we apologize if you felt misled in any way. Contrary to the dealer's response below I was within the time of the "special offer" 5-7 pm as per the appointment set up by the service department. Even know their battery machine says I was there at 4:12 PM (Probably off by daylight savings time) And their credit card machine say I was there at 2:38 PM PST which would be 5:38 PM EST. And the customer Invoice copy was printed at 5:38 PM.
