He answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I got the Glasscoat applied to our new Wrangler. And, its not cheap... I mentioned dog hair being a concern to the pre-detailing the dealership would be responsible for. I got a rental car. He called me AND emailed me that it would take an extra day. Which I had NO problem with, because he knew it was important to me. Needless to say, it was pristine when I got it! Brand new looking! Very happy. More

Poor Service/Pricing I received an email for $9.95 night owl oil change. Tried to make an appointment as per the link. The only appointments showing were for 2:30 pm or ea I received an email for $9.95 night owl oil change. Tried to make an appointment as per the link. The only appointments showing were for 2:30 pm or earlier. So I made the appointment and Justin from service contacted me saying that special was not available. I explained the situation and he made an appointment for me. I showed up for the appointment and waited for the service to be performed with my kids. The service writer came to me and recommended an air filter which I declined. After being told the vehicle was finished and ready I went to the cashier and was told it was $32 I told them it was supposed to be the $9.95 night owl special to which the service manager walking by ask if I had told the to the service writer. I said yes and that it should have been on the appointment as well. They agreed to fix it. They came back about five minutes later and said the bill was $17. I said that was still not right, To which the manager walking by said well the $9.95 was for 5 quarts and mine must take 6 so that and the $2.50 disposal fee made the $17. I paid the bill and was finally able to see a copy. In addition to the $2.50 disposal fee that was not mentioned in the ad. (To which the dealer resells the used oil , so I am not sure why I am being charged for disposal) They also charged $1.50 for washed fluid which I did not ask for as I use premium rain-x winter blend fluid. However the total $17.17 - $9.95 and tax of .97 is $6.25 difference take off the $1.50 for the washer fluid and $2.50 for the disposal fee and I was still overcharged $2.25. If they had treated me like a valued customer and taken a minute to look at the bill they would have noticed their mistake. More

Just an oil change - but got such service! This is by far the best dealership I have encountered since I came over here in 1992! The level of service is just phenomenal! Great experience, every time! I bought my Wrangler here two years ago and I continue to come back for service. I came in today because I hit my bumper and it was bent back. I tol I bought my Wrangler here two years ago and I continue to come back for service. I came in today because I hit my bumper and it was bent back. I told them I didn't want to replace it right now but just wanted it to look not bent lol. It only took about 30 minutes to fix and it looked perfect. Thank you Vince! More
Great Service Jeff C. in service is wonderful.. Prior to Christmas i had a problem with my locking mechanism on my cargo door, Amanda and Jeff were able to schedule Jeff C. in service is wonderful.. Prior to Christmas i had a problem with my locking mechanism on my cargo door, Amanda and Jeff were able to schedule an appt the same day- Went back this past week to get my brakes done and Jeff once again was there to greet me, called when my car was done and had everything ready when i went to pick my car up. He went as far as brining my car to the door since it was cold outside... outstanding customer service!!! More
