Excellent Service Experience I brought my Viper in for its regular service, state inspection, and a recall. As usual, Jeff Palmer took care of m car like it was his own. I recently moved and am looking for a new place to service my '13 Jeep Wrangler that was involved in a minor fender bender. Insurance was requesting that I get a new bumper and a diagnosis on a vibration to the drive-train. They straight up refused me!!! Telling me that it was orders from the "top" that they did not want business like that and to take it back to where I bought the car!!! UNREAL!!!! I I will never buy any cars there and will now go out of my way to tell people what a horrible experience I had. Regardless if you bought your car there or not.... this is not how you do business! Very unpleasant person I spoke to. Did not care anything about my situation and the new business I would bring them with my car and others. Completely in shock this just happened! BTW.... I never write reviews.... I had to create an account specifically so that I could. I am that upset with the level of "service" i got from there service department. BEWARE!!!! More

They broke my CD player completing a recall and refused to reimburse me. The guy who calls to see if you received satisfactory service just gets paid to leave voicemails. He did nothing. They ultimately blamed me for their mistake. Burned cds don't render the mechanism useless out of nowhere. A friend of mine had his car in for service and then his hood wouldn't close. Guess who got billed. Sometimes they service cars, but there is certainly no amount customer service taking place here. More
Unsatisfactory service / Damage done to vehicle I had my 2014 Lancer gt in for a routine service on February 7,2015. While I was there I mentioned there was a squeaking in my manual shifter when i c I had my 2014 Lancer gt in for a routine service on February 7,2015. While I was there I mentioned there was a squeaking in my manual shifter when i changed gears, I was told that it needed greased and that it wouldn't be a problem and they would take care of it. So after waiting an appropriate time for my car to get serviced they called me in to get my keys and pay (the usual). But when I and my girlfriend went back to my car and sat down the first thing I noticed was that the center console around the shifter was greasy (it is a polish black finish so its easily noticed). After a closer look I noticed that there were a ton of scratches all over this area, I of course wasn't, Then I notice there are dig marks all around the border of this area (the polished black piece) where you can see that they obviously didn't use the correct tool (a trim tool) to disassemble the area they need to in order to grease the shifter. Instead a screwdriver seems to be the tool used (and by used I mean dig into). So adding up all the noticed scratches on the center console, there are at least 6 pieces of my center console scratched, chipped, or dug into. But wait that's not all, a scratch on my glove box, driver side vent, and under the vent were also newly added. So I don't know what the "Mitsubishi certified mechanic" was doing inside my car to scratch it up in 3 different locations, but I as a paying and returning customer was not happy with this outcome. So what next? I went directly back inside and spoke with Mike Bertolami the service manager, he came outside and looked at everything. I told him I wasn't even concerned about the greasiness of the car, but was not happy about all the scratches. He told me that he would order new parts to replace the scratches and get back to me when they came in, I was grateful that this poor service issue was being taken care of and I was on my way. So here we are May 5,2015 ,multiple e-mails sent,1 containing photos of damages, 1 response on April 2,2015 claiming their computers are messed up and he would get back to me after the weekend and get it squared away, more e-mails sent, and multiple phone calls with messages left and nothing has been done, I still have scratches in my car, and I'm planning on a trip (over 1hr drive) just to try and talk to him personally. This is not an acceptable way to do business and I have waited 3months to post a review/complaint, so I feel that I gave more than enough time for this issue to be made right. P.S. If you look up the cost of replacement parts for this, It isn't exactly cheap. More

I say my marriage because I have a husband in service - Tom, I have a husband in finance - Lenny and my favorite husband the one in sales - David. Our family has referred and returned to the dealership because of the family relationship we have. When I come in for service or just a drop in to see David, many of the staff know me and always ask how is the family and my car? When I call to schedule service the individual that answers the phone knows me by my voice. Milt you are not forgotten, for you always have roses for me! I am a firm believer in hugs and that we need as many as possible to grow, I always count on my fair share from "my husbands" at the dealership. This group of gentleman and their co-workers are truly and extension of my family! By the way I was in for service of my Outlander Sport 2011 and the guys made a deal for me that did not cost me any out of pocket expenses, therefore I purchased a 2015 Outlander. More

Horrible customer service. Words cannot describe how displeased I am with the service at D'Ambrosio Jeep. I brought in my 2012 Jeep Liberty for a rattle noise in the horn pad when turning. Had to drop it off for the day which is fine, I work right down the street, but no courtesy shuttle was offered. After the vehicle sits there all day and me calling numerous times for an update- I had no update or finally after talking to someone- "they werent able to duplicate the problem." OK no charge vehicle is under warranty- but the nature of their tone of voice-was absolutely rediculous. It seemed like they didnt care about their customer at all, like he had no idea what he was even talking about or what my concern was. I've heard many negative things about this dealership, from friends, coworkers, family-even when we went to look at a used Jeep I wasn't happy and ended up going to Anthony D'Ambrosio to buy my vehicle. None the less-I took my Jeep to another dealer- they found the issue within an hour of me sitting there and waiting with it (with my 3mo old son)--ordered the part and sent me on my way. I will tell all my friends/family/co-workers to stay far away from this dealership. Even if my vehicle broke down in their lot I would pay a tow bill so they never touch it. I rate them a -0. More
Our Dodge Challenger broke down on the highway on a Saturday morning. We are from Upstate NY and were traveling in PA. We called a tow truck and several Dodge dealerships. No one EXCEPT Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group would even agree to LOOK at the car until Monday! We towed the car to D'Ambrosio's. Denise May was our first contact. She made us feel welcome and confident that we might be able to get our car up and running that day. She kept us updated throughout the afternoon as they had procedures to follow with a car under warranty. I had previously contacted Lindsey Law through the internet and she also came out to meet me! She set me up with a salesman to look at a new Mitsubishi vehicle. They provided fresh coffee, fresh pumpkin bread, TV and internet! I couldn't believe an auto dealership with such a family atmosphere! It was already after closing time and the car was still not functioning properly! Enter "Chops" from Service! He stayed late, test drove the vehicle and was able to figure out the problem. (It was an easy fix by the way). No charge for anything! We are above impressed with the Customer Service we received! We would highly recommend them for Sales and Service! I wish we had such a wonderful dealership in our area! Don't even hesitate to visit them! More
