I have been dealing and buying from Jeff for 30 some years. The sales help, the service departments, and everyone at Jeff D'Ambrosio is great to work with. I see no reason to go anywhere else. Knowledgable about the serivce issue I had. Communicated the findings by phone call and was up front about diagnostic time and issue. replaced part and issue resolved to this point. I just wanted to say that my 2005 Dakota never was same after replacing all parts they could think of. It seems that it took three times at the dealership was the charm. The first two times it came to me dirty and grease was on my interior. The third time I insised it be cleaned. Again, since it never had the power and lost MPG., I got rid of it. When I told Gaspar this, he said "we service all vehicles". I said "sorry, you will never see me again". Im not sure I would even consider buying anymore vehicles there. I have a dodge dart se 2013. i had problem with racetrack tail light; they could not fix it up ; moreover they made me feel liar of telling something else. they donot have any idea how to fix it up using com tail light; they could not fix it up ; moreover they made me feel liar of telling something else. they donot have any idea how to fix it up using computer or so. my car needed to be fixed up by uconnect and radio frequency.they had no idea about that. they told me my car is not compatiable with that. but i was wondering then how i was enjoying that feature for six months. they just shrugged off and left me middle of the way. this is my first car and i am paying for it working very hard.I was just ashtonished by the way they treated me. i felt myself so unwanted coz i was unattended there. it was horrible. i simply hate them. I came into the dealership to get some work done on my Charger and walked out with a new Journey. After my service was complete i was walking through the show room and I asked a salesman a question about Charger and walked out with a new Journey. After my service was complete i was walking through the show room and I asked a salesman a question about the Dodge Journey. That salesman was Nick Paparo. He answered my questions and got me interested in the vehicle. I have been looking for a new vehicle but not sure what I wanted. I took the Journey out for a test drive and liked the way it drove. Nick, Paul and I did some numbers and they gave me payments that I could afford. I wasn't expecting to be walking out the door with a new car but I am very happy that I did. I will continue to get my service done here at Jeff and I will recommend Jeff to all of my friends. Thank you Nick and Paul for a great expericence on 9-15-2012 with my new 2012 Dodge Journey. More
Worst experience ever!!! Last time I go to these crooks!!! All they did was deny that they screwed up my car and would not release the vehicle until I paid. Recently bought a Galant, had to bring it in for an issue with the brake light sticking on and acceleration issues. Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group, in my opinion, is one of the best in the business. The service advisers are honest, sincere and very helpful. Unlike other places, they would not trick their customers in getting best in the business. The service advisers are honest, sincere and very helpful. Unlike other places, they would not trick their customers in getting car repairs which are not needed. Among all these good people, one service adviser stands out, Mr. Gaspar Rodriguez. He greets the customer with a friendly smile as soon they enter. He is knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. For a job well done, thumbs-up, Mr. Rodriguez. More
We originally came in to have service done on our Mitsubishi. However, it was time for her to go to car heaven with 205,000 miles under her belt. So we were handed over to Bob to find a replacement. He was great in helping us find a vehicle to meet our needs and finances. And, I might add, very patient since this wasn't our intention when we arrived at the dealership that morning. Bob gave us the freedom to roam the lot and never pushed us to make a decision. By the end of the evening, we drove away in a new Endeavor. We had our Montero for 9 years and it was a great vehicle so we are looking forward to another Mitsubishi being as reliable. We live in NJ now and have driven to Jeff D'Ambrosio's for service for the last 2 years. The service is great and very reliable. Now, we have a new vehicle and when we need service we will go back to say hi to Bob. And, of course, when we need another vehicle, Bob will be our go-to man. More
