He made sure that the buying process was comfortable and to our liking. We found a minor imperfection (cosmetic) with the vehicle that we were purchasing and he went out of his way to make sure that it was fixed and that we were satisfied. He followed up with us weeks after the purchase and remembered details from the conversation we had with him while we were there. Which, made me know that he wasn't just trying to sell us a truck but instead, he gained loyal customers.
