I don't agree that your dealership cares. We would have been treated differently from every person we encountered. We have given your dealership many opportunities to make things right. The last straw was the last visit a week ago when you didn't fix a problem with the car. Our business will go elsewhere and we will make sure people will know to avoid your place. This is the first time I have ever written a review and its only due to the fact that we have been treated like idiots since we signed those papers. If you truly cared about customer service we would have been treated with a little bit of respect. Now we are stuck with a 2011 car that is pretty much a lemon. Your dealership is a bad representation for the Chevrolet name.

We have tried searching our sales and service records, however we are unable to find a customer who purchased the free maint. has had the experience you described. We have over 2,000 customers use our service department every month, and we are human and therefore mistakes will happen. When we make a mistake or fail to do something, our policy is to acknowledge our error and do what is right to correct the situation. Please allow us the opportunity to do just that, acknowledge and correct.

What you fail to understand is that we have been thru the ringer numerous times with you and kept giving you chances. If there had been a little bit of respect and one single person that had listened then this outcome would have been different. Now we have a wheel making clicking noises and a check engine light on. We purchased the extended warranty on this 2011 vehicle when we purchased in April but somehow there is nothing wrong every time we have problems. I don't have more time to waste at Jeff Gordon. You lost us as a customer. I would focus on the next unhappy customer.

Thanks but no thanks. I don't see how your GM can erase all that has happened since purchasing these 2 vehicles. It's truly been stressful and a waste of our time and money. The best thing that could happen now is getting rid of the car.
