From the moment we walked in, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Caleb went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and never made us feel pressured at any point in the process. He made everything smooth, straightforward, and actually enjoyable which is not something you usually hear when it comes to buying a vehicle. We are beyond happy with our Gladiator, but what really stood out was the way Caleb treated us. He truly put us first, and it felt like working with a friend who wanted the best for our family. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just a great person to work with, I couldn’t recommend Caleb enough. I purchased my vehicle about a month ago, and I have sat on this to make sure any anger or high emotion doesn't cloud my judgement. I went to this dealership to purchase a car. I was recommended here by their Service team, who has been fantastic anytime I have interacted with them. I explained that I had never bought a car from a dealership before, as I had always purchased a broken car and fixed it up. I explained that I was trusting them to not take advantage of my ignorance, and that I needed them to explain everything. If they ask you how much you want to spend, tell them nothing. I explained I wanted a car around $10,000. I know the details of that; high mileage, some body issues, etc. I knew this, but was hoping for something cheaper and reliable as I planned on moving cross country. The first cars I was shown were $22,000 and $24,000. After expressing my concern, I was told they did not have cars under $10,000 at their site. Worked through it all, and we ended up on a car that was a little over $14,000. I thanked them for working with me and finding a vehicle closer to my range. I traded my car in, and put down a small sum. The sales person went over any fees within the $14,000 price, explaining them fairly well. I then talked to their financial department. This is where my ignorance shines. I explained my position again. Instead of explaining the documents and contracts, he just pointed to areas to sign. Should I have asked him to explain? Absolutely. Did I know? No. Did I trust them to walk me through it? Yes. They didn't. I walked away with a car that was costing me $24,000 after all fees and interest. I NEVER would have gotten a car that expensive had they shown me the total price at ANY point during my transaction. The only cost they showed me was the initial cost of the car and what my monthly payments would be. I signed the documents and drove off before I knew the total cost. I called and talked my way up to the Director of Used Car Sales. His advice to me? I could come in and trade it in for 'Trade-In Value.' After I told him I would never do business with them again, his advice: sell it on Facebook Marketplace. The Director of Used Car Sales at on of the largest dealerships in Wilmington told me to 'sell it on Facebook Marketplace.' All this to say, do not do business here. They will not take you seriously, they will take advantage of you, and when you take issue with it, they will belittle you. More

It was our first day out looking for a vehicle to replace our well used minivan for a family friendly SUV. We did not necessarily intend to buy a car that first day but Caleb was able to efficiently get all of our questions answered and survey our options. He demonstrated extensive knowledge about the vehicles we were considering and was also able to provide expert advice. Caleb’s no pressure approach and expertise allowed us to leave that day with a 2025 Tahoe that is perfect for our families needs. As a salesperson myself it was apparent that Caleb is a rare combination of knowledge, talent and dedication to customer service. I can say with confidence had Caleb not been there to help us in the manner he did we would have continued our search over several months. We could not be happier with the outcome.
