After buying 4 vehicles from jeff gordon chevrolet and have good experience there, I ordered my 5th vehicle from them in September a 2024 silverado 3500 high country they way I wanted it so I had everythi have good experience there, I ordered my 5th vehicle from them in September a 2024 silverado 3500 high country they way I wanted it so I had everything I wanted the salesman called me and said they got me every thing I wanted and sent over the order and was told to sign it and send it back to them so they could get the order placed never going over it with me to make sure I understood it they placed the order when my truck got there it was missing almost everything I wanted when I said something to them I would now have to pay an additional $4000.00 to get some of the stuff ordered a was asked do you want it or not needing the truck I said yes and was so blindsided was not paying attention and they charged me full sticker price went there and asked about all the problems and miscommunication they told me I signed the order and was told you did not have to buy it VERY SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS I recommend not to do business with them or be very very careful bate and switch never bought a vehicle where i ordered it and got screwed Rumor campbell was my salesman And the rudest manager ever was Ryan stimmel check the BBB reviews before doing business with any hendrick dealership More
