McGrae Grady was the salesperson who assisted me during my trade-in and new car purchase. McRae made my wife and me feel at ease during the transaction and he worked with us to get us the price and car we my trade-in and new car purchase. We have been Jeep owners for many years but had been interested in all the positive things we read about the Chevrolet Equinox. We stopped by on a whim one morning just to look at the new ones parked ou interested in all the positive things we read about the Chevrolet Equinox. We stopped by on a whim one morning just to look at the new ones parked outside the showroom. Mark Zimmerman came out to talk to us and was just a perfect salesperson. He did not push us in any way but patiently answered all of our questions and asked us to stop back by when we had time for a test drive. We called and made an appointment with him and when we came back, he was waiting for us and just really went the extra mile. He spent the whole morning and most of the afternoon just with us - taking us for a tour of the service area, introducing us to other employees and test driving a new Equinox. When I bought my car I was excited to get on the road and go home, but they wouldn't let me take the car till it was thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Finding a car can be hard enough with a busy schedule (Ie work & an 15 month old running around your feet) When I found an SUV I liked on their website, I called went in took a look & test drive.
