Upon arrival we met Joe McCaul, who was later assigned by Scott to guide us through the selection process. We have purchased many vehicles through the years, in several states, but never had the process been so smooth. Joe was very easy to work with, no sale pressure tactics. Joe presented himself well, was very professional and knowledgeable. How many people can say purchasing their vehicle was truly an enjoyable experience! We will return to Jeff Gordon Chevrolet for all of our service needs and will stop in to say hello to Joe. In the meantime we are loving our Grand Sport! More

Crooks I’ll try to keep this short. They pulled a bait and switch. Fine, the car did have more options, BUT it had 11,000 more miles on it than the car I tho I’ll try to keep this short. They pulled a bait and switch. Fine, the car did have more options, BUT it had 11,000 more miles on it than the car I thought I was getting. Didn’t come down on price. Then offered to “help” me get a better APR, since I had to REAPPLY for a new loan with the “correct” vin number. My fault for not paying attention and shame on the business manager for not pointing out the loan amount in the contract. I assumed it was for the amount we discussed. My loan was a lower APR but it was also for almost 1000 more! When I brought this to their attention they offered no compensation and pretty much washed their hands of it. My lesson learned. Do not trust them. The only nice person was my service girl because BONUS my Jeff Gordon certified pre owned car had a slow leak in the tire and was flagged in my vehicle when I did my On Star check. 2 trips to service and they finally replaced the tire. I still had my paper tags. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I will never go back there. More

Rude staff I actually stopped in here because I was having some issues with my suburban. Now it's by no means new and I do all my own mechanical work and simply I actually stopped in here because I was having some issues with my suburban. Now it's by no means new and I do all my own mechanical work and simply wanted to speak with a technician for maybe 5 minutes. I had a very good idea what was wrong but a second opinion would have been nice I guess or at least put my mind a little more at ease as the parts to fix what I THOUGHT was wrong were 700.00$. I went in to service and asked and not only did I not get to speak to anyone but manager Jimmy seemed put off that I would even ask. I left and ended up being correct and getting my truck fixed no problem it was fuel injectors took me about 4 hrs. I guess I just don't understand why I was treated the way I was. I was willing to wait I didn't expect INSTANT GRATIFICATION and understand those guys are busy but I drive a Chevy cause it's AMERICAN. I'm a blue collar guy which is what Chevrolet basis alot of it's clientele on or at least I thought and don't see why getting an opinion from an expert is a problem. If and when I buy a new truck and I will it won't be from here More
