Excellent customer service is how you respond when something goes wrong. Jacob Teets didn’t respond to any of the numerous emails. Why in three visits couldn’t the service department correct the problem? Westgate Chevrolet corrected the problem in one visit. They also provided me with a loaner even though I didn’t purchase the Tahoe at there dealership. Excellent service would be finding out what went wrong.
