This was the second car I have leased from Jeff Haas and I will probably lease from them again. I worked with Phil Brown on this last lease. He is the best. Always straightforward, very accomodating and pleasant. My last name is not the easiet to pronounce but he asked what the correct pronuncition was and nailed it every time I came in. He even put my plates on my car when it was pretty cold out, which I appreciated very much. I have always gotten fabulous service from Darlene and Kourtney which adds to the comfort level of working with this dealership. Working with Darlene is like visiting with a friend. She takes time to visit with me whenever I stop in. The only recommendation I would make is to have the girls at the desk be more engaging with the customer. When I went in to pick up my plates, the young lady wouldn't take her eyes off of her computer long enough to even look at me. Must have been a good show! My overall experience has been excellent and I have recommended them to friends. More
The moment I drove onto the dealership I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Rainie actually took the time to listen to my needs and my credit situation and he made me feel like anything was possible a warm and friendly smile. I was not pressured into buying at that moment and told him I really needed to think about it. He understood and after much praying, I came back the next day ready to make a deal. It was one of the best experiences of my life with all the support and help I received from him and the financial manager. Jeff Haas Mazda got the most money for my trade in and had my car payments lower than anticipated. I was treated like I was special and I felt like I mattered to them. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership; you won't be disappointed. More
I love my new Mazda 3! Rainie was great with showing off this wonderful car to me. I was driving a 2006 Mustang Rousch (no kidding!) - and since I picked up my Mazda 3 from Jeff Haas on March 9, 2011, I ha this wonderful car to me. I was driving a 2006 Mustang Rousch (no kidding!) - and since I picked up my Mazda 3 from Jeff Haas on March 9, 2011, I haven't even ridden in the Rousch (which we kept) much less drive it! My Mazda 3 is so sweet and responsive and fuel efficient, I just don't even want to drive that 350 hp Mustang!! I would gladly recommend Jeff Haas and Rainie Coleman to anyone who wants a wonderful, fuel efficient, elegant car! More

Carl Scott (the salesman) had worked out a deal with us via the internet to be in a specific price range with no money down and an upside down trade. When we arrived he let us test drive the car but then i via the internet to be in a specific price range with no money down and an upside down trade. When we arrived he let us test drive the car but then immediately sat us down to record our information, before showing us any numbers. He then brought us back figures well out of the agreed upon range (even with an ample down payment, which we specifically told him we did NOT want), but had us initial them with the comment that "the finance department will work out the numbers with you." Fine. So we waited 30 minutes in the "holding cell" for the finance manager Kortney Malito (should be maldito!) who was smug and angry that he was having to do any kind of bargaining. I realize it's only a couple dollars, but when I come to you looking for a price range and you give me a number outside of that price range and tell me "it's just semantics," I have to disagree. If I ask for 500 to 600 and you say "602, sign here," it's not going to happen. I expect you to try and work with me to get me around 550 (which, to me, would seem ethical and just all around good business practice). Mr. Malito was smug in his responses and downright mean at times. My complaint that he was not working with me was met with argumentative statements about how other people were waiting to buy the car and other people were waiting to be "helped," so I should just hurry up and take his "deal." If it had been just me there, I would have walked out and never looked back, simply because of his demeanor and the way he talked to me. I did my best to hold my composure and eventually got them down to an "acceptable" price, at which time we signed off and were given the key... wait, only one key?!? Why wasn't this disclosed? This is a $150 item! Overall, we are happy with the car, but the dealership was just lucky to have it, because they are horrible and we will never ever return there. We are also telling everyone who loves the car, NOT to go to Jeff Haas Mazda! More
