I was extreme impressed with the service and support that I received from the folks at Toyota, specifically Robert Stormer. He ran the numbers for me as many times as I asked him to. He was very responsive and always came back with options and suggestions. Once I decided on what I wanted he walked me through the process and told me what to expect from the sales and finance team. Within 24 hours my new Tacoma was delivered to my driveway! I never had to take off of work or go to the dealership! He sent me pictures of what they had In stock and told me the timeline if I was to order something specific. Overall, I had a great experience and I would highly recommend Jeff Hunter Toyota of Waco! More

I really appreciated how quick and hassle free the actual purchase was Great experience purchasing a new Camry for my daughter at Jeff Hunter Toyota. I really appreciated how quick and hassle free the actual purchase was. Then, when we came with my daughter to pick the vehicle up, the salesperson took the time to thoroughly go over and explain all the features to her. That meant a lot to me. I thought the real next level of customer service, however, was that they decorated the car with balloons in her school colors for when she came to pick it up. I think that made the day extra special for her. Thank you! More
