One of the vehicles he showed me was the 2023 Highlander Limited, and as soon as I saw it, I knew that was the one. Josh helped me test drive the car and pointed out all of its features and capabilities, and I was hooked. Once we had settled on the vehicle, Josh helped me navigate the financing process, which can be a bit tricky. But he was patient and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He made sure I was comfortable with the financing plan before we wrapped up the deal. Overall, I was really impressed with Josh's knowledge and expertise, as well as his laid-back and friendly demeanor. The purchase was made remotely and shipping was required, so Aaron's help and patience (as shippers changed their pick-up dates) were instrumental.
