They worked with me to get the issue resolved even though they did not perform the original recall, but resolved the issue and got my 2008 Toyota Tacoma back on the road. More

I email Hayes and 6 days later he reply that he had the hitch on his desk. I ask if he could send to me. I have not heard anything about sending it or not. More
