I’ve been a loyal Toyota owner, with five vehicles currently in my household, two purchased directly from Jeff Hunter Toyota, along with extended service contracts and full tire packages for each one. For 2 decades, I’ve had all my service done at this dealership. That loyalty clearly meant nothing when I recently experienced one of the most bizarre and unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a business under their new ownership and management. During a routine oil change, their team diagnosed a power steering pump leak on my 2016 Tacoma. I was told it needed replacing and was even sent a targeted coupon for that exact repair. Based on their own advice, I brought my vehicle in for the fix. Hours later, I get a call saying there’s now “no leak”, no explanation, no accountability. And yet, I was still charged $189.88 for a diagnostic fee I never agreed to and should never have been responsible for. Oh, and the charge appeared twice on my credit card. So let me get this straight: 1. Your techs diagnose a problem. 2. You upsell me a repair. 3. Then you say the issue doesn’t exist. 4. And I’m still expected to pay for it, twice? After pushing for a refund (which I had to fight for), I received a petty, retaliatory response from the Service Manager, Adam Schwarz, telling me I would need to “take my vehicles elsewhere from now on.” No apology. No professionalism. Just punishment for daring to hold them accountable for their mistake. Apparently, Jeff Hunter Toyota’s idea of customer service is: if you question us, we blacklist you. To top it off, they tried to suggest I can no longer bring any of my vehicles in, not even for ToyotaCare service on my brand-new 2025 Camry, which is prepaid factory maintenance and something they are obligated to honor as the local Toyota dealer. If they try to deny that, I’ll be taking it directly to Toyota corporate. If this is how they treat customers who’ve given them thousands of dollars in business over the years, imagine how they’ll treat someone walking in for the first time. Save yourself the time, the money, and the headache. There are plenty of Toyota dealers out there, go to one that values integrity, not one that punishes you for their own incompetence. —S. Anderson. I give this place a grade F! I brought my car in to be fixed last week and they did not fix the right rear window which won't go down! They kept me waiting for over 3 hours a I brought my car in to be fixed last week and they did not fix the right rear window which won't go down! They kept me waiting for over 3 hours and I had to leave so I could eat lunch, I am Diabetic and I had a doctor's appointment that afternoon. These people did not fix my car and did not do everything I asked! I'm taking my car to a very good mechanic in West who will do the job! I'm never bringing my car back to this place again! I am done! More

Bought New GR86 June 2023 for our son to take to College. Even after sending an email and calling, Service does not check the vehicle at all.... the car has been in for Service 4 -5, Sean will state they have the parts then they don't & they give the run around and nothing gets done ( thanks to the vehicle app they don't even check the tires even after requesting). Big waste of our time ! BTW it's a Fact that the service department gets more money for warranty work but this is ridiculous. We will take our car to another Toyota dealership. The one reason we bought a Toyota was the fact that their is a Toyota dealership in Waco .... lesson learned. If this is how the Toyota warranty works, then we will never buy another Toyota again. Seriously if they can't fix speakers and a radio then what will they NOT be able to do for something more serious. Never have we dealt with such bad service. We have a 2012 Ford, 2023 Chevrolet, 2001 Honda & 2012 Toyota truck. You have been warned. Stay away from Sean he can't even show up on time to work...yet the client is their on time and early. More

I went in to have my stuck key removed from the ignition asked them to check my oil leak ( i already new where the leak was coming from) Claimed my head gaskets leaking really bad 1800$ to fix it . Not. I l asked them to check my oil leak ( i already new where the leak was coming from) Claimed my head gaskets leaking really bad 1800$ to fix it . Not. I looked when i got home no finger prints on my engine cover anywhere. I had another mechanic look at it the same afternoon and it is the valve cover leaking. besides they still couldn’t make a fob key for me they don’t have the tools to do that I was told . They did get the key out of the ignition and charged me 100 bucks. More
I made an appointment for an oil change at 7:00 am and didn’t get out til 9:00am. It was so slow. What is the reason for making an appointment when you don’t get to get out and taken back first.
