Rude sales manager/ Jeff Schmitt Fairborn,Ohio We were greeted inside as we stepped in and kindly informed by sales person Joe Moorefield. He prepared the truck for a test drive and when we got ba We were greeted inside as we stepped in and kindly informed by sales person Joe Moorefield. He prepared the truck for a test drive and when we got back we made an offer on the truck and he spoke to his manager. The manager, Jesse came over to us with an attitude about the offered price, never sat down nor did he talk with us nor explain their pricing technic. He then quickly dismissed us. Joe caught up with us on our way out to help us locate a vehicle in the range that we were searching ,we appreciate his great attitude. I refuse to deal with people with nasty attitudes like Jesse. We then went to their dealership in Beavercreek where Darrell Combs treated us like we’re human. He showed us many trucks and explained the pricing and worked hard to help us find the perfect truck. We later decided that we wanted the truck that we had already test drove in Fairborn and said that we would buy it from the Beaverceek lot where we were greeted and treated great by EVERYONE.. We are now happy we th the purchase of our truck. I highly recommend that anyone shopping for a truck to stay out of the Fairborn store to avoid Sales Manager Jesse. The Beavercreek store is a great place with a great; friendly and informative staff. More
