We had never met yet she seemed like a family friend trying to assist me. She was very helpful, not pushy, listened to our needs, and even steered us away from cars that didn’t fit these needs. She was aware that we were just looking for a cheap car (not much commission for her) and still she treated us as if we were buying the top of the line car. We chatted for a minute, told him what I had been thinking in terms of features and some of the models I have researched, and he got me into exactly what I wanted and could afford. I wasn't pressured at all to buy when I walked in the door. And honestly... didn't 100% have the attention to do so, but Paul was so easy to talk to and just made it an all around amazing buying experience. Jack Emrick met me outside and introduced himself and asked if he could be of any help. He was a very courteous, kind, friendly employee of this dealership. He explained everything to me and kept apologizing for the paperwork taking so long. He offered me something to drink on numerous occasions, even offered to get me something to eat while I was waiting on the finance department to finish. We discussed the types of car that I had been looking at and he brought up a couple of cars that I was interested in for me to see. We took the car I wanted out on a test drive and he was very pleasant during the entire test drive. I did appreciate that he was not being pushy like some salespeople have been in the past at other dealers. While I was sitting in the dealership waiting on my paperwork to be completed I was watching the other sales staff as well. They were all friendly and spoke when they walked past me. The finance guy "John" was also very friendly and nice. He was able to get me a great interest rate even though I do have unsecured debt. I truly was not planning on buying a new car on this date, but the experience was so good that I did indeed buy a used car and drove it home. I am very pleased with all aspects of this purchase and I will refer others to this dealership as well. More
