I've been a customer at this dealership for about 10 years, and I must say that it's service department has went way down. I am extremely unsatisfied with the recent service that I received. Where is Mario, George, Shawn, and Jacob when you need them! Just horrible service! The old crew, especially Jacob in the service department, actually cared about doing the job correctly, the first time! They knew what it took to build that relationship with customers to keep them coming back! More

I was extremely surprised I found a dealership ready to work with me to meet my vehicle needs. I had purchased a 2022 Pathfinder from another dealership late July 2022. My circumstances had changed and I needed to purchase a second vehicle to assist a family member, but that wasn't possible with the payment I had on the Pathfinder. Robert Henderson, along with help from Dan DeVer and Nick Hartwig, really worked hard to finalize the two purchases for me. I completed a review for the 2020 Rogue Sport previously, but also wanted to include a review for the purchase of the new 2023 Rogue SV, as it was an 'all or nothing' for me. Again, Robert and the team knew this and ended up raising my opinion of car dealerships and sales folks. I truly feel like I got a fair deal from folks with integrity! More
I was greeted promptly, and Tyler listened to what I was interested in buying. He took notes and went to the internet for a search. He gave me a water and offered snacks too. He came back with a couple of out-of-the-area Altimas, and I was interested in one of them. I gave them a deposit, and everything was set in motion. Tyler said it would be several days until delivery. The car was delivered sooner than expected and Tyler called me. We set up a time for the paperwork to be finished and he was waiting for me. Tyler took time to explain everything to me. There were even incentives offered, quite the thing since many dealers are still asking for above MSRP. We took a test drive and Tyler filled the tank on the way back. He handed me off to the financial guy, Rob. He went through all of the extras that were available and answered my questions clearly. There was no high pressure and I opted out of most options. Tyler met me and showed me all of the features on my new Altima SV. He has offered me help in the future if I need it. I was less pleased, but finally satisfied, with my trade in value. I have purchased cars from Jeff Schmidt Nissan before and I'll be sure to check here FIRST for my next car. More
