The dealership went out of their way to be helpful in every way possible. I came in already financed through a third party and when my dealer Tom looked at my rate he told me with NO pressure if I wanted every way possible. They were able to lower my apr by over 5%. Tom gave me more than enough information to make an educated decision about my new car and didn't pressure me to spend out of my price range. If you have a lot of time and a sense of humor..go for it. First..the salesman has no authority at all. The car was priced at $16,631.00 plus tax and a $250 document fee also a $35.00 title fee...All of which are acceptable. Then the quote comes back from the sales manager for $19,661. I asked why the increase...well.....it seems that there is a protection package for $1250 and an etching theft protection for $250 that is added to the price..We simply said we want to buy the car for the quoted internet price of $16,631 plus the fees and sales tax...no etching theft protection or protection package...wellllll that cannot be done. This $1500 is added and not quoted in the online price until an offer is made for the car. I will never do business of any kind with this company. It is just wrong!!! More

The service I got while looking at new cars was great, the sales rep was very well informed on each model I looked at bought my first new car today. I would NOT ever buy a vehicle from this dealership! We purchased a vehicle did not even make it home and the check engine light came on. Yes, they towed it back to their shop and did fix that issue. However, we did not even have the vehicle 30 days and it needs more work again. We had the option not to complete our purchase the 1st time and I wish we wouldn't have. I called our salesman, Rick Credit, and told him that we had another issue with the truck he sounded sincere and said "let me talk to the bossman and get back with you". After 24 hours of no phone call I called him back. He said to me when I asked him if he talked to the "bossman" yet..yes, I did and we aren't going to do anything. Of course my response was that's what I figured but a phone call back as you said you would do would have been appreciated. So then I called Jeff Schmitt. After telling him about everything he asked me what they did so wrong. I again said well seeing how Rick said he would call me back and did not and I questioned him about the 15 point inspection they said they did and how I thought it was funny how they gave all the other extra stuff they give with a car they sell except for the warranty (guess that should have been a red flag for us). His response to me was I am on my way over to the dealership right now I will look into this and call you back. Haha...well it's been over 24 hours and no phone call back from him either. I guess he trained Rick Credit. Anyway, I would NOT ever buy a vehicle from ANY of his dealerships. More
