Leased a new vehicle which had a bad transmission that was replaced under warranty instead of replacing with another vehicle. Vehicle had 400 miles. Both Acura & the dealership were unwilling to replace was replaced under warranty instead of replacing with another vehicle. Vehicle had 400 miles. Both Acura & the dealership were unwilling to replace with a different vehicle. An opportunity to do what was right was missed and an Acura customer was lost for good. I would like someone from Acura to contact me to discuss the situation and the current issues I am experiencing with the vehicle. Vehicle rolls backwards significantly on inclines making it unsafe for my children to drive. I am completely unhappy with my lease. More

Best employees ever. I have been to Superior Acura many times and the one thing I can count on is the service. I do not know very much about cars or service needed for my car. Chad Walther has always explained to me in terms I can understand and I find Chad and all other workers are more than courteous. They go above and beyond their duties. There is a very nice waiting room and one of the employees helped me make a cup of coffee. I wasn't familiar with the coffee maker and was struggling with how it works, one employee came by and asked "are you having trouble" he actually made a cup for me and showed me how it works. I will never go to any other dealership but Superior Acura. More
