Best employees ever. I have been to Superior Acura many times and the one thing I can count on is the service. I do not know very much about cars or service needed for my car. Chad Walther has always exp times and the one thing I can count on is the service. I do not know very much about cars or service needed for my car. Chad Walther has always explained to me in terms I can understand and I find Chad and all other workers are more than courteous. They go above and beyond their duties. There is a very nice waiting room and one of the employees helped me make a cup of coffee. I wasn't familiar with the coffee maker and was struggling with how it works, one employee came by and asked "are you having trouble" he actually made a cup for me and showed me how it works. I will never go to any other dealership but Superior Acura. More

Disappointed in the lack of vehicle washing. Over paid for a transmission fluid change. I wish there was a way to check to make sure fluid changes were done. Oil and transmission was completed in under for a transmission fluid change. I wish there was a way to check to make sure fluid changes were done.
