Absolutely GREAT !! Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lawrenceburg, Indiana gets a Five Star Rating from me for the purchase of my First Ram Truck. I have ALWAYS been a Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lawrenceburg, Indiana gets a Five Star Rating from me for the purchase of my First Ram Truck. I have ALWAYS been a Chevy Truck & Ford Truck Owner. My last truck (was a 2015 Chevy Silverado Z71 L2) that I Traded on my 2019 New Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I live in NE Ohio, about 4 hours from this dealership. It pays to SHOP out of town or state to get a BETTER DEAL than I could locally where I live. My Trade, I even purchased at the Jeff Wyler Chevy Dealership in Columbus, Ohio in 2015 as the ones around where I live (some very large dealerships) just were NOT shooting straight with me or giving me the deal that was “FAIR”. I Strongly Recommend a Sales Person there named CHAD. He is Young, not fully knowledgeable of every single question you may ask (but answered MOST); HOWEVER, he was honest about not knowing the ones he could not answer, let me know that and sought out the answers for me. By FAR, he put the other dealerships I was trying to deal with locally to shame, and I would use him again in a heartbeat with no hesitations!! He even went the extra mile and delivered my new truck to their sister Chevy dealership in Columbus for me to pick up to save me 4 hours round trip. Chad and Jeff Wyler Dealership honored all they said they would do, even AFTER the delivery. I personally think they are a great dealership to work with !! Sincerely, Happy in Orrville, OH with my truck !! More

Would Not Recommend Service Department Visited service department today, arrived early for an 8:00 AM appointment, took them two hours just to tell me that they wouldn't take a look at my v Visited service department today, arrived early for an 8:00 AM appointment, took them two hours just to tell me that they wouldn't take a look at my vehicle. This was after calling two times the week before to confirm they would look at it before cancelling my appointment with another repair facility. Wasted about half a day...I wonder how Mr. Wyler would react to someone wasting his time. More
