We visited Jeff Wyler for the first time today. First we looked at their website and found a car we would like to look at. We called to see if the car was still on the lot and talked to a salesman named Jo looked at their website and found a car we would like to look at. Today has turned out to be the best day of my life!!!!! I came to Jeff Wyler looking to buy a used truck and was greeted by the sweetest and most outgoing salesman I have ever met, Duke Hilsercop. Unfortunat came to Jeff Wyler looking to buy a used truck and was greeted by the sweetest and most outgoing salesman I have ever met, Duke Hilsercop. Unfortunately I was in an accident with my previous truck and was in desperate need for a new vehicle, and even though rushed, Duke was able to help me find the truck of my dreams!! He was very kind and understanding of my situation and helped me relax knowing I had a trustworthy salesman working for me. He called to another Wyler dealership that my dream truck was located and was able to obtain all the information I could ask for on it, then helped me work the numbers to fit comfortably into my budget. Then Duke proceeded to take the time out of his day to drive all the way to Columbus and bring the truck back to Fairfield for me. He impressed me every step of the way threw the entire process. Duke made sure they detailed the truck, and had it looking brand new by the time I had completed my paperwork. Duke is an amazing person and salesman, I am thankful to have had the pleasure of working with Duke and will absolutely recommend anyone I know that is in the market to see Duke!! I nominate Ashley for Employee of the Month, Year, & Decade. She didn't have to be so nice but she was (is). I came in knowing it would take several hours to put on my hitch and add the necessary electr Decade. She didn't have to be so nice but she was (is). Ashley offered to have someone take me to get food if I wanted and then later on during my wait she gave me a pack of peanut butter crackers from her personal stash. She didn't have to do that. She didn't have to care. Jim Faust didn't have to come over and check in with me and see if I was in need of anything. He surely didn't have to do that. But he did and she did and it made my day that much brighter and my lengthy wait that much more pleasant. Thank you, Jim and Ashley, for being you.
