I found the Cadillac CTS-V that I had been researching and looking for over the past 6 months. It's not only a world class car, but the buying experience at Jeff Wyler Fairfield was excellent. It starte and looking for over the past 6 months. It's not only a world class car, but the buying experience at Jeff Wyler Fairfield was excellent. It started with my contact with John Reed, Sales Professional who was an expert in the V knowledge and eventually helped me put together a deal that worked for me. Next was time with the Sales Manager, Sean Cheek who worked with me for the best financing decision. I traded in my Jaguar XJR and Sean took the time and effor to make the calls necessary for the deal to work. Last step in the process was time with Selwyn Brown who took the pain out of the contract process. Every person I met and worked with at Wyler Fairfield added value to my purchase process. John Reed helped me 'get started' by making sure I knew how everything in my car worked. John also helped connect my Blue Tooth, On Star, etc. As an owner of many cars over the years, and having had more dealer experiences than I care to remember, I honestly say this group is differet. Chet was wonderful. Mr brown on the other hand was rude, condescending and as un helpful as he could possibly have been. If it were not for Chet being so great, this whole experience would have been terrib condescending and as un helpful as he could possibly have been. If it were not for Chet being so great, this whole experience would have been terrible. Mr. Brown encouraged me to do something illegal in order to get my memorandum title because the dealership (he) had failed to get it processed and sent to me. Also, I sent an email to his boss voicing my displeasure with Mr. Browns behavior and the boss didn't even bother to get back with me. Next step: Better Business Bureau, BMV investigations and of course telling everyone I know. It's a shame that a guy as great as Chet Navey has to take up the slack for a guy like Brown. **the 5s on my rating are STRICTLY for Chet Navey ** More

I had a wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler Kia on Route 4 in Fairfied. All Employees were courteous and attentive. The finance portion was quick and painless. The sales floor and those I observed were conscentious and professional. I must say the best part of my experience was my salesperson, Duke Hilsercop. This was my first time away from the same Toyota dealer in about 10 years. This was my actual first car purchase, I have always leased. I thought I would purchase a Honda product this time until stopping in at the Kia Dealership. Mr. Hilsercop, my salesperson, immediately put me at ease. He worked hard to prove to me the Kia product would stand up in comparison with Toyota or Honda. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a natural at sales. He works hard to close the sale with a personal touch and without being too pushy. I would come back to this dealership in the future and because of my experience with Mr. Hilsercop, I will recommend him and this dealership to friends, co-workers and family.
