The negotiation process began with eight dealerships and quickly reduced to Jeff Wyler through Chris. His openness to search for my exact specifications and react quickly set him apart from others. Chris’s service during and after the sale was tremendous. He was never rushed and created an atmosphere of honesty and sincere dealings. He responds promptly to emails or phone calls, even to respond late at night instead of waiting until the next morning. Chris’s patience in detailing the many features of the Quest is appreciated as there is so much to learn concerning the technological attributes of the vehicle. The thinking was they already had stock parts, knew about the car (350Z), markup would be minimal, talent would be high & expertise resident. I wasn't wrong. Repair costs were less than three other estimates. These folks were splendidly knowlegable and swift with helpful suggestions: pointed and pertinent, and trust factor was high. Incidentally, there were no surprises. I returned only as a happy client congratulating them for outstanding work. They just smiled. At Wyler things turned out as I had hoped. I purchused a new KEA Sorento from Jeff Wyler Sales Person Duke Hilsercop. I enjoyed my visit there great sales personal, no pressure buying, and I got the Sorento that I wanted no questions ask. My salesman Duke Hilsercop was great with me through the whole deal and the Manager there was great also, I also met the District Manager there which was really nice to see he was there he came up to me and congradulated me on the buying of my new Sorento. Best Part also is ringing the bell when you buy a car or suv or truck there you get to ring a brass bell on the wall it gives you a great feeling. Great Clean Service Dept, Great Warrenty on the Sorento and Free Car washes for life. I cant express the way I felt a dealership that going to Jeff Wyler Kia and staff has been the only dealership I have walked into and not been Hassled, other dealerships run you off being pushy. Chris Patton Really did a great job. He told me about the car showed me the features than handed me the keys to test drive by myself, which i liked.
