I went in to say hi to Chester and I figured with all the cutomers he deals with he might remember my face...but he actually called me by name. Wow!! Great service. Recently I took my 2004 Maxima in for an A/C check and found out that the compressor was bad and had to be replaced. The cost was hard to swallow but to make it more tolerable, Steve offered to take care of another repair for me while they were working on my A/C. This type of extra effort from Mark and Steve is what keeps me coming back to the dealer for service. More

He was much more interested in us getting the vehicle we needed than making a lot of money off of us. We drove home in our SUV 24 hours after the first call to Shane. Everyone we met at the dealership was so pleasant to work with. We never felt any pressure, and they really seemed concerned with us getting what we needed.
