Good selection of cars, but all dealerships have cars. What sets them apart is the staff. Everyone we talked to was professional and courteous. John Reed was our salesman and we had a direct -easy conversation with no hassle. John is knowledgeable and he taught us a few things. We came in to "shop" for a CTS and bought the same day. What makes John outstanding is that he goes the extra mile. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure the transition to the new mode CTS was easy. Financing with Selwyn Brown and again very efficient at getting the job done. We even got an insurance quote the same day from Kayla. Fair price and great staff. I received a follow up phone call from Harold Peak who I originally contacted via the internet, prior to the sale. Thanks-Harold. More
Overly Surprised!!! I went in to this dealership with the mindset that I could not buy a car right now. Not only did I buy a car, but they were able to lower my interest I went in to this dealership with the mindset that I could not buy a car right now. Not only did I buy a car, but they were able to lower my interest rate to something I never thought I could be that low for me! Kudos to Jon Bowles, Eric McClure, Josh the finance mgr... the entire team was amazing! It was also extremely quick... less than 3 hours I went from "there's no way" to driving a luxury edition of the new Altima!!! Thank you Jeff Wyler Nissan!!!!!!!!!!! More

"Why would you buy someone else's junk?" We went in looking for a certified pre-owned or used car after a recent accident totaled my previous Altima. The sales manager (a woman, she never gav We went in looking for a certified pre-owned or used car after a recent accident totaled my previous Altima. The sales manager (a woman, she never gave her name or introduced herself) asked us to come into her office instead of speaking with the sales associate on the floor. Immediately, the pressure was on to buy a new vehicle instead. She tried to convince us by explaining that I could get 0% interest on the new vehicle and not a used, but we explained that we were going to pay cash and we were still interested in a used vehicle. She asked us "Why would you want to buy someone else's junk?" and explained that she bought a used car and it was junk. Mind you, they sell certified and used cars… which this sales manager would view as "junk." My dad was a dealer for 30 years and I have only ever owned used cars. Used does not mean poor quality, it just means someone else has owned it. If it is well maintained, used can be a good value for a customer. When I tried to explain that I thought used would provide the value because you could get more than basic features for a reasonable price, she cut me off and dismissed that notion and told me that a '14 or '15 car was totally depreciated and obsolete because of the 2016 Altima "redesign." I explained that new cars depreciate quickly too and she dismissed me again and tried to pressure us to buy a new 2015 Altima they still have on their lot, which is more than a year old so no wonder they want to get rid of it. (I thought the 2015 models were going to be obsolete anyway…) The sales manager was rude, didn't listen to what we were asking for, and didn't even try to mask the upsell. She claimed she could "make us a good deal because it is a blowout weekend" but when we asked the sales associate what the price would be, he quoted MSRP for the new car. We never found out the supposed "deal" we could get. This new 2015 car also had a large scrape on the front left side, which we pointed out. We then asked, again, to see the used and certified cars they have available (one of which I had emailed and inquired about from their website), and they spent 20 minutes "looking around the lot to see what they might have." Finally, tired of waiting for what we had asked for originally, I asked for my license back to leave and asked why they can't just walk me through the inventory they have on their website, and the sales manager said "what is on the internet isn't accurate." And I said, "Fine, but shouldn't your sales associates know what kinds of cars you have available?" We told her we weren't happy about her customer service and how she was pushing for a new car because "all used cars are junk" and she denied saying that used cars are junk. She denied it over and over again and never apologized. She just finally threw her hands up and said "Fine. Have a nice day." She was obviously not wishing us well. Ironically, one of her salesmen emailed me today asking if I had a trade-in because "they are always looking for good used cars." He didn't get the memo that used cars are junk, evidently. Overall, an unpleasant experience. This is not a dealership I would trust because they cared more about their bottom line than the customer's budget or desires. More

This is the second Cadillac I have leased from Jeff Wyler Cadillac Fairfield. I am treated very well at the dealership. Tyler took the time to understand what I needed and Harold showed me all the bells and whistles that my 2016 CTS has to offer. The car is perfect, and the experience with the team was great. R.
