Not your typical "used car salesman" I am 26 years old and this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. As soon as my fiancé and I expressed interest in a particular vehicle we found online, John Reed involved himself in our buying process. He called multiple times to set up an appointment for us to check out the car. During our appointment, John was down to earth and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. I never felt like he wasn't being truthful with me, or that he didn't really have our best interest at heart. There was a delay with the financing process due to staffing issues out of his control, but John made sure that my fiancé and I were comfortable and informed while we waited. John, the manager and staff were extra-ordinary in their efforts to satisfy a customer. At first I was skeptical because I had been involved with so many other car salesman (not @ Wyler) who did not live up to their word. I told John Reed in the parking lot (while looking at cars) what I wanted my payment to be and he said he could make that happen. My husband and I entered the dealership and to our surprise we drove home with a brand new 2016 SRX with the payments we requested. After this experience I can assure you Jeff Wyler (Fairfield) will be the only place I go to from this point forward should another car be purchased. John Reed will be the only salesman I use at this dealership based on the experience I recently had. John was great, honest, lived up to his word, delightful and very pleasant, a true professional.
