His customer service was out of this world. By Tues. He had done a dealer trade from cross country and my car was ready to pick up just the way I wanted. Jesse Wagner was wonderful! He walked in the door and acknowledged me after I had stood in showroom for 15 minutes. I told him what I wanted, he showed me around, was wonderful! I test drove, and bought the new vehicle. His supervisor, on the other hand refused to drop the price that Jesse suggested for me, and did not give me a fair deal on my trade in. He also tried to talk me into taking on a huge monthly car payment, when I refused, I said cash or no deal, he argued with me. It took forever to get paper work done, and I was late for work. I still do not have a title or registration for the vehicle, and had to go back 2 days later and spend another day for the vehicle to be poly sealed, ect. I also got into purchasing a limited service/repair agreement for over a thousand dollars, a check that has not even been deposited. I have left a message. I have saw commercials on black Friday deals from this dealer, which should have been applied to me. Over all I had a positive experience with Jessie, meeting the service tech, and others. Comfortable leasing experience After meeting Mike Jasper, general manager, at a golf outing, I told him my wife was looking to lease a new Cadillac and he invited us to Wyler Cadill After meeting Mike Jasper, general manager, at a golf outing, I told him my wife was looking to lease a new Cadillac and he invited us to Wyler Cadillac. Roy Rivera handled the process with the help of sales manager,Tyler Yarnell. The process was professional and pleasant. Everyone accommodated us to where my wife didn't even have to come back to the dealership for delivery. I was able to handle it all for her. Very convenient. We even sold them her old car at a fair price and received a check about a week later by mail for her trade in. The new SRX she leased was a courtesy car and had some slight damage on the rear bumper cover which they assured us they would repair at our convenience. The total experience was great and we would recommend Wyler Cadillac to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used car. More
