I was thankful that salesman Harold McPeek answered the phone when I inquired about the vehicle I saw advertised over the internet. Harold demonstrated the following qualities during my visit: Honesty - Harold was truthful in all of his dealings with us which was refreshing. Respect - Harold treated us as a serious buyer right from the start. We treated like we mattered. Preparedness - Harold did not waste our time. He had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon arrival. Knowledgeable - Harold knew everything about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Dedication - I had to return to the dealership the next day (Sunday) to drop off some items that belonged with the vehicle I traded in but forgot to bring with me. Harold said I could leave the items with the used car department because it was his day off. However, Harold the dedicated professional wanted us to have what he would describe as the Cadillac experience. Harold decided to come in on his day off and provide me with a more thorough overview of the vehicle and its features. Wow! Harold is an asset to this dealership. I also want to mention Tyler Yarnell - the Cadillac Sales Manager as well as the gentleman who completed our financial paperwork. They made us feel like a valued customer. I was on my way to Hamilton, OH from Indianapolis to see my brother in the hospital. On the way there, the ABS service light came on my 2011 SRX, I was familiar with the Jeff Wyler dealerships, so I stopped to drop the car off for service. Roderic in service was exceptional, handled getting a loaner and stayed late so I could pick up the car after hours. While I was waiting, I spoke with Dustin about an SRX in Majestic Plum. We had been looking in NY and Indy for months and had not been able to see one in person. I was very specific about the options and price and he was able to find one for me! Dustin was not available when I went to pick up the car so I worked with Harold and Selwyn. Harold was so helpful and informative and helped me get the car settings and everything all set up before we left. He was a joy to work with and you can tell he loves what he does. I wish I could bottle his enthusiasm. Selwyn was very organized and made it painless to sign all the paperwork. It was so worth the 2 hour drive. I love my Cadillac and would not hesitate to recommend Jeff Wyler and this team! More
