We asked for Harold he took care of right away. He and Tyler worked diligently to get us the best deal. And we walked out with a 2016 Cadillac SRX. They were top notch. Wish we would have gone there first instead of wasting the time with the other dearlership. More

Salesman was fantastic but made promises unkept promises My initial purchase experience at Jeff Wyler Kia in 2013 was a good one, however, I did choose this dealership because they promised a lifetime of fre My initial purchase experience at Jeff Wyler Kia in 2013 was a good one, however, I did choose this dealership because they promised a lifetime of free car washes with the purchase of a new car. A year later, a new Kia building was erected but the car wash was closed. After several inquiries (most of which were ignored by Wyler employees) regarding the car wash, I was recently told there were no plans of repairing/rebuilding the car wash. The representative that contacted me showed no concern for the fact that I was promised a "lifetime of free carwashes" but this promise was not made good. He assured me I could request a hand wash when/if my car was in in the shop, but that was all that could be offered. After my last car purchase from Jake Sweeney (from which I received a lifetime of free oil changes) this unfulfilled promise and lack of concern from Jeff Wyler has left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to share my experience with others so they are not so disappointed when bait-and-hook deals are not kept. Otherwise, my Kia is a dream. I would make this purchase again, just from another dealership. More

In order to get the SRX package we wanted, he initiated getting a courtesy car out of the program to make it available to us. He was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I also really appreciated it when he went over all the features of the car with me so I would know what everything was. I would definitely recommend John to others. More

JOHN REED IS THE MAN!!!! When I came to Jeff Wyler for the first time, everyone was very friendly. John Reed was one of the first to come out and greet us and ask us if we needed help. Long story short, my sister got a car that day, thanks to John! I saw that day how helpful and caring he was with my sister. He promised her that she would drive off in a car that day and she did. I told John that I would be back! The following weekend me and my mother came back and he also promised the both of us that we would drive off in cars that day and we did!!! I've been to 4 other car dealerships before coming here and they all turned me down. Not John!!! He got the job done! If he can't do it, NOBODY can!!! I love my new car!!!
