We drove cars that had different features and prices. He was very knowledgeable about the many features of the Juke. He answered any questions that I had and informed me of features that I didn't know that the car had. I feel that I got a fair trade-in price on my car and they worked closely with me on the monthly payment. We have previously owned a Lincoln and are spoiled by the toys on a premium automobile. We visited Jeff Wyler Cadillac just to see what they had, test drove an SRX, but decided to wait until the 2016 Lincoln's came out. Once we decided we didn't want the new Lincoln, we went back to Jeff Wyler to visit the sales representative, who had spent a lot of time with us explaining the vehicle, and allowing us to take a long test drive. The vehicle I wanted was still on the lot, and the sales representative, John Reed was there to greet us. There was never any pressure to buy anything, but at the same time we walked away with a wealth of information. He was pleasant and professional and gave us his full attention when we expressed what we wanted to see when buying a vehicle. The sales manager seems to have a wonderful working relationship with John and both treated us a friends. Also the finance staff was professional and very proficient in the job. I would recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and if looking for a Cadillac, visit the Fairfield location. More
