It was clear he loved this car he was selling us, and now we love it too. He was very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and informed. Historically I've been seeing this dealership on my 2009 Nissan Altima coupe (which we still own) and the service bay customer service is quite well done. Great to discover the sales team is just as good. I'd recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan all over again, and I'm not sorry to hear that Jeff Wyler now owns Kings Nissan in Warren County too! Josh Wocher, the gentleman who helped us out with the financing was also very informative, quite entertaining, and ensured we were quite happy before departing with our Juke; we were doubly thrilled he managed to get us financing through a credit union. I had never leased a car before, but the thought of having a new car without paying I just leased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. I had never leased a car before, but the thought of having a new car without paying a huge amount each month seemed like a no brainer for me (especially since I was trading in my used cars every 2-3 years.) It was recommended to me that I go to Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield and specifically request Elan Mousa, which is what I did and I was not disappointed. I was looking for a 2016 Sorento with leather seats and third row seating. Of course, these were upgrades from the basic model, and were a lot more costly. I had two cars that I was interested in viewing and had the vin numbers. It turned out that both cars were being used as loaner cars for Kia customers. They were still for sale, at a cheaper price due to having a few more miles, but they were not currently on the lot for me to see. Elan spoke with his manager, and they decided to show me a car that was a little more expensive, but included the upgrades I was requesting, and they promised to match the price of the cars that I initially came to see. I instantly fell in love with the car, and knew I had to have it. I also had a payment in my head that I was not willing to budge on. I was blown away by the deal they were able to work out on my behalf to ensure I had the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had, hands down. Elan treated me like I was family, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Elan was extremely patient, flexible, and knowledgeable. It was late by the time I left the dealership, and he even instructed me to come back the following day to show me all of the features my car had. It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend anyone that is interested in buying a new or used car, or even leasing to go visit Elan at the Jeff Wyler dealership. 5 stars from me!
