Will never buy another car from JEFF WYLER About a month ago I found a car on the internet I was interested in at Jeff Wyler in Fairfield I called for further information on the car a 2005 Cadi About a month ago I found a car on the internet I was interested in at Jeff Wyler in Fairfield I called for further information on the car a 2005 Cadillac this was at about 7:30 in the evening. The person I spoke with asked if I would like to see the vehicle? I told him it would have to be the next morning because of the tine and distance involved (a two hour drive) the next morning II called to make sure the car was still available and let them know I was on the way. They said yes to come and look at the car that it would be there waiting on me. When I arrived they told me they had sold the car. They offered to sell me a car 3 years older with more mileage for more money. After we finally reached an agreement on this car they came to me and said they could not sell me this car. They kept showing me different vehicles I finally found one I was interested in I explained that I needed a trailer hitch as I had to have a way to carry my handicap scooter. They stated they could not install a hitch but the would issue me a check for $250.00 to have a hitch put on. Well I found out the hitch is almost $350.00 not $250.00 my fault for not checking on the price of a hitch before agreeing to the deal. I still have not received the check for $250.00 and it had been almost a month. Every time I call to check on it they give me a different reason. They do not live up to there word. They also kept me there for over 7 hours. I feel like they did the bait and switch. I still have no way to haul my handicap scooter. More

Excellent Service Any time that I come to the dealership I am met with friendly service. I have dealt with the body shop and the service center. On my visit this week, I thought I would have to leave my car overnight, and Curt in the body shop knew I was going to take it to get an oil change afterwards. It was all done on the same day. Curt had even taken it over so that the oil change was completed as well. Great Service on all ends! More

Buying Our First Cadillac John Reed and John Parker were wonderful to work with. John Reed was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and kept our experience fun. John lead us through the feature demonstration, programed the settings and helped us a few days later when we needed more instruction. To be honest, we previously looked at the same SRX at a competitive dealership and found them to be a bit arrogant. Selwyn Brown was fast and efficient with the financing and answered all our questions quickly. Everyone we have come in contact with, including the parts man who sold us the all weather mats and the body man who put our pin stripping on the car, were courteous and friendly. We would definitely recommend the Jeff Wyler Cadillac dealership to everyone. More
