Wow, I love my new 2014 Cadillac ATS. While visiting multiple dealerships I experienced salesman tactics, repeated phone calls, and a full email inbox. This was not the case with Dustin Lema at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac. Dustin asked what I was looking for in a new car and was able to find it at a very competitive price. It was evident that Dustin honestly cares about his customers and provides them with an excellent customer experience. I would recommend Dustin and Jeff Wyler of Fairfield to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle and wants to be treated with respect while finding the best deal possible. Pleasant, but not the follow-up. We are very satisfied with the vehicle. The sales people were very nice, but did not advise us that the vehicle did not come with a spare tire. The dealership would not work with me to get one at cost or split the price with me. I purchased my own spare tire and tried to use a 10% parts and accessories discount coupon that was sent to me, but the person in the parts department didn't want to have to do the paperwork over so he told me that the service department would take the equivalent amount off of my service. The service department didn't want to be troubled, so they wrote on my coupon that, although it would be expired the next day, I would get my next service at $21.95. Service is usually $39.95 which is only a savings of $18, when my 10% off of the spare tire kit that I purchased would have amounted to $22.30. So they are still trying to cheat me out of $4.30. I also referred a person that purchased a $30,000 + vehicle. I did not get my $500 referral fee because they said that he got there a day late. REALLY? What's with that? The vehicle is fine, the sales people were very nice but I think selling a vehicle without a spare tire, and not telling the purchaser about it, is a safety problem. Cheating a person out of a referral fee is just not ethical. More

In December 2014, I drove it into Cadillac Service Center for a routine maintenance, and drove out the same day, surprisingly with a 2015 Cadillac SRX. Why? Because of the professionalism, patience, and resolve of Mr. Reed. He and his associate, more than I, made the sale happen. During the processing, I said to him: “If you make this happen in a price range I can afford, you are very good.” He is very good. Thank you Mr. Reed. More
