Pleased with the customer service I had a mixed experience when buying my used 2012 Kia. The seats were dirty and did not look as if they had been cleaned. I also discovered a cr I had a mixed experience when buying my used 2012 Kia. The seats were dirty and did not look as if they had been cleaned. I also discovered a crack in the mirror housing after I left the lot. Additionally, because there was no inflation kit in the car, I was told I would be receiving an inflation kit for my car by mail within two days. When I did not get the kit, I called several times and arranged a meeting. I was given an inflation kit, the dealer agreed to replace the cracked mirror housing and I requested and was given cleaning solution to clean the seats myself. I was satisfied with the dealer's response to my issues. Blake Brewer was the salesman and he went over and beyond to try and correct my original complaints. I think he did a good job and handled my issues very well. I would recommend him to others. I would also like to thank the managers at Jeff Wyler who worked with Blake to satisfy my complaints. More
