I arrived late and I was still given excellent customer service. Ryan had the car I was looking for waiting for me when I got there. He was very friendly, personable and made the experience enjoyable for myself and my brother. He's also a bit of a comedian. The dealership stayed open hours after closing to give me time to make my decision and complete all of the necessary paperwork. I was very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to friends and family. I would also recommend Ryan Davis, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. More

This past July I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield to look at purchasing my first car. I had been looking at a specific one online and called to setup a test drive. It was ready right when I got there, and they managed to work around my busy work schedule by staying late. They never made it seem like I was a bother, they were there to help. I drove around and fell in love with the car almost instantly. I talked over what was included with the car, features, and of course pricing with Jess Lambert. He worked with me and answered any question I had to ask. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to think over what I wanted to do since it was about to be my biggest purchase to date. So,I didn't go home with my car that night, but I knew I was going to get it. I came back 2 days later ready to take it home and now I LOVE my Kia Forte! Being young and a girl I'd heard all kinds of horror stories about buying cars from dealerships; not one of those stories turned true for me. Working with Jeff Wyler Fairfield was a great experience!
