Horrible buying experience. They added a bunch of services to the purchase price that were never discussed. When I tried to seek a credit, I was handed over to several people and for the past several services to the purchase price that were never discussed. This is the first time I've ever posted a comment online, but the customer experience has been so horrible I felt I had to to help others avoid this situation and dealership. Right before Christmas, had unexpected issue and needed service on my truck. Called for appointment. Did not realize it was late and a sales rep answered my call. Listened to my issue and stated he would have someone call in the morning. Within 5 minutes someone called me from service and told me to bring it in the next morning that while they were fully booked for the day they would work me in. They did and called before noon and had found the issue. They called with the results and by the next afternoon the truck was repaired. The service there is superb. Highly recommend them. More
