We are very sorry that you had a less than satisfactory experience. We agree that we failed to make you happy and tried to reach out to you in those efforts. The reason we contacted you later was that we were able to get a much better interest rate for you which saved you significant money over the life of the loan. While it is ideal to have all financing options available at the time of the sale, there are some cases where it takes several hours to receive all answers back from the financing institutions. Our sales rep also extended his personal apology for you feeling "hassled" about the extended service contract, his goal was to ensure you fully understood all of the benefits.
