Bad Vehicle Just 3 months ago I purchased a used car from this dealership. It's an 09 Pontiac G6. It had 103k miles on it. According to them, this is the only car Just 3 months ago I purchased a used car from this dealership. It's an 09 Pontiac G6. It had 103k miles on it. According to them, this is the only car I could get financed. I was in a bad situation so I went with it. I wasn't going to pay more than $300 a month for a car with over 100 miles. They brought 4 different people out to talk to me as to why I couldn't get it under $300 per month I was ready to leave. Then finally they made it happen. I was happy to have a car at a reasonable price. However, after putting about 4k miles on it since, it has broken down. They were friendly and seemed genuine, but obviously gave me a crap car. I would never buy from these people or recommend them to anyone. Please stay away. More

I even took it back to Florence for regular routine maintenance and the service department was awesome. It was also without doubt I would go straight back to my salesperson Brenda Williams. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, informative, professional and goes out of her way to make the entire experience a pleasant one. The first time I leased she tracked down the exact car and color I wanted so I knew she would be the same salesperson I would revisit. Once again she made sure I had the exact car I wanted and then took the time to show me all the new features it had to offer. If she didn't know the answer to a question I had about the car or lease she was quick to get the answer. Overall great experience and dealership! More

I started with them a number of years ago when a young service gentleman tu This isn't my first (or my last, I hope) experience with Jeff Wyler Honda. I started with them a number of years ago when a young service gentleman turned salesman assisted me with my first Honda, a Civic. That gentleman is still with them today and still in the service department. His name is Jay. Many years have passed and I am still coming back for my Honda's. I have aged, Jay has not. He was the catalyst that kept me coming back through the years, and I must say, each salesperson I have had the priviledge of dealing with has been able to keep the high standards that he won me over with. I have always been treated with respect, the whole team here is very friendly and approachable and they will make every effort to accomadate you. No hard sells, they will give you an honest assessment of your situation and will be fair. The icing on the cake is their service department. Of course, Jay is still on that team so I need not say anything else. Thanks to all the associates at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence for once again making this an easy transition. More
