I recently had my Honda Fit serviced for an oil change, realignment, and tire rotation. My service was fast and so courteous. I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect, when I have purchased my vehicles here, or brought my cars for maintenance. I bought my Fit in 2010; not a single problem since! I purchased a Civic for my son a year later; not a problem since! I consider this dealership my dealership of choice, and highly recommend these cars and this dealership to anyone who is looking for sales and/or service. I've never been this pleased with car sales and service before in my life, which covers a significant number of years! I'd like to thank all employees, who've helped us over the years, and I have every confidence we will be seeing them for many years to come. More
I purchased my 2014 Honda CRV at Jeff Wyler in Florence three weeks ago. My daughter and I had a very good experience, due to our dealer, Paul Isaacs. Paul helped me tremendously with the financial part of purchasing the vehicle, along with explaining in detail the operation of the car itself. He explained the many functions, from the motor to the different settings the automobile has. I knew nothing about a Honda before this purchase, other than it had a very high rating in consumer report. Paul helped me to feel very comfortable with the purchase. He has made follow-up calls and even ordered a part for a remote starter and set up a time for me to have it installed. I am very grateful for having Paul as my dealer. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from Scott Brunner at Jeff Wyler. The first being a 2011 Insight, the latest being a 2013 Civic, both Hybrids. Terrific guy to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with entire buying experience. It was late on a Monday, snowy and cold but Scott took the time to greet my wife and I outside, listened to what we needed and explain our options. Scott answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process. We never felt rushed or walked away with any doubts. After the purchase, Scott continued to follow up every few days and make sure we had no issues or questions about the car. Clearly our satisfaction was his primary goal. We also had interactions with Dan and Pete - both guys a pleasure. I would highly recommend this team and the dealer Jeff Wyler for anyone considering a new car purchase. More
