My husband went onto several web sites on a Thursday night to review what vehicles were on them. When we decided to go with Honda and reviewing what the local car dealers had, he searched Jeff Wyler Ho night to review what vehicles were on them. When we decided to go with Honda and reviewing what the local car dealers had, he searched Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence KY (1.5 hrs. away). We were not picky about color, so he started calling around to see who could give us the best deal. We received the first quote from Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence and for that week they were selling new vehicles at employee pricing. No other dealer could meet their quote, so we drove 1.5 hrs. the very next day to get our new Honda Pilot. They had 2 Pilots pulled up to the showroom, already warmed up on a very cold winter day, and we jumped in and took it for a drive. We were there for a total of 4 hours, which was less desirable, but considering all the work they had to do, it wasn't bad. The only thing that made it seem longer for my husband was we pulled into the dealer on an empty belly. So after about 2.5-3 hours, they brought him a snack. In the past we've always bought vehicles from dealers that we knew, but this was by far the most respectable and friendly group of dealers you'll ever deal with. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence KY any day. My only grip would be that I don't live closer so I could get a free car wash ;-) More

I was in desperate need of a car, but didn't have much money to work with and I knew my credit score wasn't great. I really didn't think I was going to be able to get a new car from anywhere especia much money to work with and I knew my credit score wasn't great. I really didn't think I was going to be able to get a new car from anywhere especially after going to one other dealership previously. As soon as I walked on to the lot at Jeff Wyler, I knew I had come to the right place! They were very willing to listen to me and didn't make me give any personal information before I took a test drive (that might sound odd, but I am currently receiving calls everyday from the other dealership even though all I did was take one test drive). I got such a great deal and got the car that I have always wanted!! I was planning on being out shopping all day, but the employees took such great care of me and never made me feel like I wasn't going to get the car I wanted. They were very understanding of my situation and made me feel like I was worth their time. I was extremely worried about going out shopping for a new car, but the guys at Honda made it stress free and worked very hard to get me the best deal that they could! I will tell everyone about my experience here and I will continue to shop for cars at Jeff Wyler Honda. More

Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence is a great place to work with. I initially requested a price quote over the internet, which was answered almost immediately by Corey from the Internet Sales Team. Then I came in for a test drive, and he had the car waiting up front when I got there. We drove both a new car and a pre-owned one, since I wasn't sure which one I wanted yet. He was very professional and knowledgeable, showing me the features of each car and answering all my questions. I didn't purchase anything that day, but we had several follow-up conversations by phone and e-mail, and about a week later I came back to finalize details and purchase an Accord. He even drove it to my house after the sale was completed. Everyone else in the dealership was also very friendly and helpful as well. Overall it was a great experience! More
