We went in actually looking for 2 vehicles. Jim Wilson was very personable and easy to talk to. I test drove a Honda CRV and my husband tried a Chevrolet truck. I really liked the Honda but he wasn't so sure about the truck. We indicated that we would like to come to an agreeable price. We had preapproved financing but also had a 1997 Chevy Blazer that we wanted to trade. The money man I think his name was Dan didn't want the Blazer at all. He suggested that we try to sell it ourselves. We spent several hours there on a Saturday and bought the Honda with the agreement that we would pick it up on Monday when I got the paperwork from the bank. (they wanted a purchase contract before releasing anything) On Monday after 2 telephone conversations with Jim, we picked up the car. None of the paperwork was ready and we were there for another two hours. They said they cleaned the car but when I got in it to leave I found that the drink holders in the front were very sticky. The next day when showing the car to someone I opened the hatch and there was a bottle cap from a malt liquor that was not there on Saturday when I looked at the car. Jim only gave us one key for the car and when we asked for a second one, he hemmed and hawed and said he would try to get hold of the former owner. (You would think as a dealer they could have offered to get one made.) It is a week later and I have heard nothing. Also the car had very little gas in it. My husband ended up buying a car at another dealership, they gave him two keys told him if he ever needed another one to let them know, his car had a full tank of gas, was clean and they even ordered a booklet for him since the car didn't have one. All in all my experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence was mediocre at best and I would seriously think twice before purchasing another car there. I really would like a second key and they didn't seem inclined to help at all. Followup-They obviously got this feedback and were anxious to fix the problems. They made us a second key, filled the car with gas and gave us a free detail of the car at my convenience. The general manager was very apologetic and said they spoke with the salesman who dropped the ball several times and said that was not their normal standard. They were very willing to work with us this time so I would consider going back there for another purchase. I was pleased with the way the problems were resolved. More
We took our 2007 Honda CR-V in for service. We were told what needed to be done to the vehicle and why. While waiting we decided to check out the 2013 CR-V on the showroom floor. We decided we really liked it so we talked to Paul Isaacs about it and decided to purchase it. Mr. Isaacs was very pleasant to talk to and he gave us all the information we needed about the vehicle. We were impressed with his knowledge and he answered our questions to our satisfaction. We completed the financial information with the finance department. Then Paul gave us a quick run thru on the interior features of the vehicle. We picked up our 2007 CR-V from service and drove the new 2013 CR-V off the lot. We are giving the above rating because we were treated with respect and friendliness in both the service department and the sales department. Our overall experience was very satisfactory and has been each time we have brought our vehicle in for service. We will continue to do business with Jeff Wyler Honda. More
Went in for oil change. Also had problem with wind screen on moonroof being loose. Dylan was very helpful, found someone to look at it with me, reccommended a solution, and problem was corrected. My experience with Jeff Wyler was not my first. That is the exact reason we returned there to purchase a used car for my college bound daughter. Dave Worst was our sales consultant. You can't find a more helpful, courteous person to work with. I feel he went way out of his way to be of asst to us. Dan, "the wheeler and dealer", was also very courteous and actually made the final price fun to get to. We also dealt with Steve in finance, super nice and helpful. We still need a car for my college bound son, (yes, they are twins), and I have my eye on a chromed out Honda Pilot. Guess where we will be heading??? Jeff Wyler with Dave Worst to asst us. More

Shawn McGreevy has sold cars to my family for many years, so when i had some financial/car problems I knew he could help. My car got impounded and I was in desperate need for some help. I called Shawn and he asked me to come to the dealership so he could help. When I got there i was so upset, my eyes were swollen from crying, the first thing he did was asked if I needed a tissue and gave me a hug. He also told me all of my options and even called Honda Finance for me. You cannot find service like that anywhere else. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to get my car back. I am forever grateful for him, and not only be a Honda customer for life, I will be a Shawn customer for life too. Thank you for all of your help. More
I called the dealership looking at a 2008 Honda Civic Ex-L with 51, 646 miles on it priced at $15,000. A dealer would prefer a face to face interaction to make the best sale possible and that working over the phone is the best modus operandi for a customer, but that doesn't mean that the customer deserves to be talked to in a condescending manner. When I called the dealer, an internet team member answered at Jeff Wyler of Florence, I was met with hostility and he made me feel inferior. All I was asking for was if he was willing to make a deal, which he confirmed and then contradicted by saying that he refused to compare one car to another and that if I could not meet the price of the car perhaps I should look at others. I responded by thanking him and canceling my appointment for Friday night. I was treated like a sale and not a person when I called so I can't expect much by actually going to this dealership. Probably, one of the worst attempted car buying experiences I've ever had. I will not buy from this dealership and will not be recommending it to anyone either. More

Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from David Worst. He really knows his Honda cars. Showed me different models and explained the differences between them. David found the color that I wanted in the EX and although it wasn't yet delivered, called a day later to let me know it was there on the lot that day. He got it all ready for me to drive home by the end of that day. David spent a lot of time explaining all of the features inside of the car, down to the smallest thing like the little blue light that illuminates your console. David did a great job. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to contact David Worst. Thanks David! More
