We’ve been going for 20 years and have always received 5 star Service. Something has happened however to the Service Department. It’s “chaos”, as expressed by everyone with whom I spoke for 5 days; communic star Service. Something has happened however to the Service Department. It’s “chaos”, as expressed by everyone with whom I spoke for 5 days; communication between the Service employees with other departmental employees has VANISHED, and therefore, communication with the customer is inconsistent, unreliable and quite frankly, “burdensome” to the group. It’s has turned into a siloed operation and we just had the WORST experience ever, not just at a dealership but frankly, probably EVER from any “customer service” or “repair service” company we’ve worked. Likely our last trip to the Dealership because the problem did not seem to be an isolated event but an enormous culture shift. Sad, truly. More

Newly redecorated waiting area - very nice. Professional staff. This ended up being a $1200.00 oil change. But it was necessary maintenance and rear brake pads that increased the $$$.
