I was looking for a new 2011 Honda van online. Jeff Wyler (Bud) responded immediately and was the only dealer to give me all information I requested (price, real availability, color, etc.). I was able to get a good price online and then place my deposit and go the next day and pick up the car. They all were very friendly and helped me meet a schedule deadline by making the process a little quicker than usual. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and in general it was just a very easy, pleasant experience. I can't say a bad thing about it, which would have to be the first time in all of my car buying experiences. More

The man who worked with me reassured me that my brakes did not have to be replaced yet and was very competent. I had my oil changed within 30 minutes. This was an easy visit for me. In 3 years we have now purchased 5 cars from the Florence location and have never had any issues. We also service our cars there as well. AWESOME!!! During this purchase we took the opportunity to shop (parents are GM employees) so we went to Tom Gill Chevy to look at vehicles. This experience was a NIGHTMARE and they knew my parents were GM employees and that we had come there at their request. My wife was quoted an over inflated price at Gill and she had the Gill advertisement in her hand; Rediculous!! It didnt take much for me to get her back on track and we went to Wyler and bought a new Accord LX-P. We were in and out in 3 hours (they were a little busy that day) I wonder why? LOL. Great service, great deal. We felt respected and honored to work with Chuck and John at Wyler. No CHEVY xxxxxx business. We will be back. Even the kids had fun. John made shopping for a new car very easy. It was an overall pleasant experience. I have bought many cars over the years and have always dreaded the negotiating process. Scott and Bud were straight forward and extemely helpful. I knew what I wanted and they went about finding it for me. It was no big deal that I chose to go home and discuss the options with my wife and daughter. We returned a short time later, drove the Fit, signed the papers after a brief wait, and got on our way. They were clear and concise about our payment options. Refreshing not to be badgered by a salesman but rather to be helped along by this professional and INSIGHTful team. The internet team is a nice FIT in your dealership and welcomed by those who don't want the salesman line. More
