Got my trade cleaned up and off I went to my first dealer - what a disappointment. After telling me they give excellent prices on trades they bash my car and insult my intelligence. Not happy, but not done either - off I go to Jeff Wyler and see Bud, who contacted me when I first went internet shopping. What a huge difference. Does it matter to anyone else that a dealership appreciates your trade and the care you've taken with it? I do. After an inspection he came in and said "We'll give you x amount of dollars" - that was $3500 more than the first amount at the first dealer. It was a fair amount for the car and I was happy and ready to buy. My second problem was I pick the hardest color combo to find, but they found it and Bud put in 6 hours of driving to get it for me.
