Overall, a fantastic car buying experience. Our sales rep, Scott Parsons,worked hard for us to walk away with two new Leases one week apart, but was not pushy during the process. I would certainly recommend Scott Parsons and Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone in search of a new car, but most importantly, a dealership that is willing to work with their customers and provide the ultimate customer experience. Great experience at Jeff Wyler Honda. Worked a lease with the internet team (mostly Kathy in this case). Very patient, didn't pressure us, made what I thought a very fair deal. Needed a used car to replace one totaled in accident, found one a year newer exactly like mine. Family has done business here before, and are happy with dealership. My actual sales experience was ok. Let's face it - no one enjoys the car shopping adventure, but Matt made it tolerable and tried his best to work with me. One was after the purchase - learned that only 1/2 a tank of gas is given when you buy a used car. Not a deal breaker, but I found it very comical, that a full tank of gas could not be spared on a $15,000 purchase. Tom Gill Chevrolet caters to new and used car customers. Had I been able to find the car I wanted there - I would have given them the business. They truly treat every customer as if they are a NEW CAR customer. My worst part of my buying experience was the vehicle financing. I was badgered more in the finance room than I was buying the car. I must have had to say (and this is no lie) 15 times that I was NOT interested in buying an extended warranty. I finally had to say "no, no, no, no, no, no, no - NO MEANS NO - I do not want to buy an extended warranty... ". I do not appreciate being continuously harassed to purchase something I have shown no interest in pursuing. So - long story short. Matt was a very nice salesman that did the best he could on my deal. The Finance department was the worst I have ever dealt with in 44 years. More

What was most impressive is the fact that I came in late at night to make my purchase. Instead of hurrying along the process, they slowly worked with me on the paperwork and loan information. I left at 9:40 PM, and even then Mat wanted to make sure he taught me the basic "how-to's" of my Fit. Perhaps that is a mandatory procedure at Jeff Wyler, but to me it seemed as if they went above an beyond what they could have done. They were cheerful, helpful, and efficient. More

I had to take the car into the service department to have the floor mats installed and the customer service staff was friendly and efficient.
