It was a great car buying experience. As a woman, I felt intimidated going to buy a car, but my salesman, Ron was great. I purchased a car from this location almost a year ago and have returned there (and only there) for service on my Honda Fit. I was incredibly pleased with Tom's attentiveness and understanding of my wants and have returned there (and only there) for service on my Honda Fit. I was incredibly pleased with Tom's attentiveness and understanding of my wants for a vehicle and my financial situation. He was willing to drive to another location to bring the car in for me to look at. I was so surpised this happened the very same day! I was approved and finaced in the same day as well. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Every oil change I have returned and been greeted by Tom and other coworkers, Pete and Quaid. I have recieved discount coupons in the mail prior to any service needed and specific to the intervals my manufacturer reccommends. I will not have my vehicle serviced at any other location, and when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle I will undoubtedly return to Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence and will be looking for Tom.
