After an extensive search for my perfect next vehicle I decided to buy a Honda Passport or Ridgeline. A business trip took me to northern Ky and I decided to see what was availble there. I went to Jeff Wyler Honda and the people I talked to impressed me enough imediately that I told myself if they had what I wanted I was gonna buy it from them. After test driving a couple vehicles, I still hadnt found the one that said buy me. I returned to Louisville that day leaving Steve Smith with a list of exactly what I was looking for. 3 days later he called me saying he was positive he had found the truck I was looking for. This came as a suprize to me since I was kinda still up in the air about wanting a Passport or a Ridgeline. I made arrangements to drive all the way back to Florence on the weekend and see this truck he was so confident was exactly what I wanted. He was right. He had found exactly what I wanted. Now that I had found exactly what I wanted I prepared myself for the hassles of actually buying it. This was another pleasant suprize, as the process was fast without feeling rushed and I knew exactly what I was signing and why before I signed it. As impressed as I was with finding the right truck and having a pleasant buying experience I probably wouldnt have taken the time to review them here if it hadnt been for the time I stopped in to have the oil changed. I had my truck 6 months so I figured it had to be time to change the oil. I left it for an oil change and 30 minutes later I get a call from the service department telling me I didn't need one yet. They said they would be willing to change it for me now but I could drive it a couple thousand more miles before I really need to change the oil. Who ever heard of a service department saying they didnt want to take my money for a oil change I didnt need? I returned to the dealership to pick back up my truck and it was as shiney as the day I bought it. Not only were they honest about the oil change but they detailed my truck for me free since I had drove all the way from Louisville for an oil change I didnt need.
