We were cordially greeted by a young woman named Carry Brady who seemed very knowledgeable of the product she was helping us with. My picked out the CRV she wanted and after a few hours of mulling it over and getting a decent trade-in value for her 2009 Accord which we did purchase at Jeff Wyler in Florence in 2009. Scott was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Scott completed the sale of our CRV and was the person we have dealt with most. There is absolutely nothing bad I could say about his performance both before and after the sale. He has been GREAT. There was a little confusion about the total cost of the car and additional services purchased but that worked out to our satisfaction and did not cause a problem. Neither Chris or Scott were involved in that. More
